Every rider deserves the same great ride feel, no matter their height or proportions. We use size specific seat tube angles and suspension kinematics to bring incredible balance and speed to all size riders. Even chainstay length and bottom bracket height are tailored to each frame size.
5 SIZES
We’ve added a third size in the middle of the bell curve to provide a fit that’s just right. With 80% of our riders falling between 5’5” and 6’0”, we introduced a new “Extra-Medium” size. The extra-medium (size 3) now sits in the middle of our size range, while our size five remains the traditional XL.

We continue to use the critically acclaimed dw-link suspension platform known for its efficient climbing and excellent downhill performance; it sets the standard for modern mountain bikes.

Get that gear off your back and into your bike with our frame storage system. The latch operates effortlessly, even in cold, muddy conditions while wearing gloves. The door is water-resistant, rattle-free, and robust.
We’ve partnered with Cotopaxi to craft a set of two internal bags for your snacks, tools, or whatever. Cotopaxi is known for high-quality construction and sustainable practices; the bags are crafted from remnants and dead stock, making each bag colorful and unique.

With a sub 2,000g frame weight and dw-link suspension, it offers a stunning combination of pedaling efficiency and downhill performance. The bike is made in the USA. Ibis have designed, built, and tested it in their Santa Cruz factory, which is powered by the warm California sunshine.
Ibis build each Exie in their Northern California factory. This gives us them utmost control, which enable them to hit remarkable frame strength, stiffness, and weight targets for this frame.

The new Ripmo is loaded with new features: internal downtube storage, a flip chip for mixed wheels, a slacker head angle, and increased coil compatibility. We’ve also expanded our sizing options and added size-specific details—right down to the bottom bracket height.

Across our line, we have chosen a relatively flat and high anti-squat curve in the beginning and mid-section of the travel where pedalling commonly occurs a.k.a. the pedalling zone. This creates an efficient pedalling platform through your entire pedalling zone, as opposed to once single point. After the pedalling zone, there is an inflection point where the Switch Infinity link moves down, dropping the anti-squat drastically. Riders are typically not pedalling in this zone, so chain forces have less of an effect on the suspension performance. Decoupling of the chain forces allows the suspension to work more efficiently to absorb impacts making the feel of a Yeti distinct. “The limit’s of the mountain bike are still being pushed. The SB165 takes our forward bias posture and approach to geometry and unlocks new-school advantages, tweaked to bring out the best in 27.5″ wheels. Yes, the slacker headtube angle, longer reach and lower bottom bracket are strikingly similar to that of a DH bike. Yes, the “little wheels” are capable of the hell you can handle. Just ask Reed.
