The Exie is a World-Cup capable cross-country race bike that flat out shreds. With a sub 2,000g frame weight and dw-link suspension, it offers a stunning combination of pedaling efficiency and downhill performance. The bike is made in the USA. Ibis have designed, built, and test­ed it in their Santa Cruz factory, which is pow­ered by the warm Cal­i­for­nia sunshine.

 

Ibis build each Exie in their North­ern Cal­i­for­nia fac­to­ry. This gives us them utmost con­trol, which enable them to hit remark­able frame strength, stiff­ness, and weight tar­gets for this frame.

The Ripmo has no downhill speed or terrain limits, yet it still magically climbs like a bike with less travel and tackles technical terrain with the best of them.

The geometry feels perfectly dialed and it excels both up and down the mountain. The DW-Link suspension handles the 147mm of rear-wheel travel well with excellent mid-stroke support and improved big hit performance.
